Cracks and scratches of a larger size should be squatted using soft or hard wax. If damage to the surface of the furniture is insignificant, then you can simply paint it with the help of a special retouching pencil or marker. If such a serious defect like a chip appeared on your furniture, then it can also be fixed on your own. This can be done using the same soft or hard wax, but the best option would be a putty for wood.
