The width of the conductor
To withstand the required tolerances, reinforcing frames are welded with embedded parts in conductors, which are made from channels and corners.
The width of the conductor corresponds to the two measurements of the cross section of the reinforcing frame. This allows you to first weld the embedded parts on one side, and then, moving the frame and turning it by 90 °, weld the embedded parts from the other. At the ends of the conductor along the channel in the appropriate places, short sheets of steel are laid, on which there are fixers that hold the embedded parts in the design position. To install the reinforcing frame across the conductor, corners with slots are welded into which the rods of the frame enter. The frame assembled in the conductor with embedded parts welded to it is supplied to the place of molding, where it is laid in the form. The columns are made on a narrow form-gurgle, to the pallet of which longitudinal sides are attached, special slots are made in them to fix the position of the double-bearers and rods. From the ends, the form is open and headlines are installed in special fixing planks. In the design position, they are held by fixing and overhead strips.
The technological process on the conveyor of the columns occurs in the following sequence.
In the 1st position, the column is upset, which passed thermal processing in the heating chamber in the form-form.
After falling off, the removed sides are laid on the drive roller and move to the 3rd position. The finished product with a bridge crane is removed from the form-wagon and laid on the trolley for delivery to the finished warehouse.
In 2nd position, special machines, the same as for the conveyor of the floor panels, are cleaned and lubricated in the pallets of the form-gutter and side, which move along the drive roller.
