Concrete mixture
The concrete mixture is supplied to the place of its laying on the bench lines with self-propelled concrete pods or mobile bunkers. Under summer conditions, the concrete mixture can be served with mobile concrete mixers with vibrojelob.
The concrete mixture is supplied to the concrete compound bunker with a surveying trolley moving along the overpass, a vibration show suspended to the cranes of the carrier, or directly from the concrete node. To protect the place of laying the concrete mixture from atmospheric influences over the concrete pod, a light tent is arranged.
To ensure horizontal and vertical movement of parts, semi-finished products and materials, the stand is equipped with lifting and transmission mechanisms: crane-beams, monorail with telfer, portal-console cranes and autocrains. The carrying capacity of these mechanisms must correspond to the weight of the moved products.
The compaction of the concrete mixture in the bench scheme is carried out by internal and surface vibration, and in some cases and trammation. In the manufacture of reinforced concrete parts with a relief surface, concrete compaction from above and below is carried out by vibration interpretation. The lower embossed surface is formed by the surface of the matrix, the upper one is vibrationtamet.
Removing ribbed elements with relatively high ribs begins with the separation of them from the surface of the matrix using a screw portable traverse consisting of two paired channel with two screws at the ends. The traverses are at the ends of the part and capture it by the hinges laid in concrete, while the rise is carried out by the crane.
