In principle, the technology of sealing the slopes of the windows with foaming with foam, is very similar to how if you used gypsum -plastic sheets of GKLV instead of foam.
First of all, the surface of the slopes must be cleaned of dust and dirt. If there are cracks, they must also be eliminated using glue-cement, or putty. If the slopes are porous, then the surface of the deep penetration should be well browned.
Having measured the size of the slopes, we transfer them to the foam. It is cut by an ordinary wallpaper knife. Glue must be applied to the surface of the foam. As glue, you can use putty diluted with water with the addition of PVA glue. Naturally, you can buy a ready -made option.
After you put the foam to the slope, leaving it in level, it must be additionally fixed with dowels. But this is only after the glue is completely dried!
Next, we put the foam. We apply a layer of putty in a wide spatula, in which a reinforced mesh may fit, since then we will apply it to the slopes. The reinforced mesh is cut strictly by the size of the slope, and pressed into the putty with a spatula in such a way that it is not visible.
