The technology of laying bulk floors is not particularly difficult, and to fulfill it can be a rather neat home master. If you align the old screed with bulk floors, then you can do this if its rigidity is not less than M150, otherwise the probability of detachment of the coating is high. For the same reason, it is impossible to align unsuccessfully laid bulk floors. Also, inexperienced masters sometimes make the solution too liquid, due to which a layer of water forms on the surface of the finished coating and it is covered with cracks for the next day after pouring the floors. Do not also apply bulk floors if the estimated pouring height exceeds three centimeters. First of all, remove the old flooring, as well as the remains of fasteners from it. Then the base of the floor needs to be cleaned and dust. After that, lay out the perimeter of the processed room with fastening mixtures. If the floor has joints of plates, cracks or places with a damaged or insightly holding upper layer, then these places must also be interconnected. If there are indelible traces of bitumen filling or other fatty contaminants on the floor, they are filled with a thin layer of concrete contact, mixed with large expanded clay sand. It is also recommended to use vapor barrier. To do this, a double cellophane film is used that is laid with a 20-30 centimeter inlets and connected with each other with tape. When laying bulk floors in a living room, do not forget to provide access to bridges to such rooms as a kitchen, toilet, bathroom, hallway. Moving on a poured coating is best on special “cats”. If you do not have them, then before the start of filling you need to arrange bridges, so that they have a minimum of the support center of the room. After hardening, the holes remaining from the supports are also overwhelmed by filling. Measure the room with a laser level (in its absence, a high level of a large length, but this will adversely affect the accuracy of measurements) to find out the highest and lowest points of the room, it is advisable to also put pencil marks in level. After that, you can start filling the floor. It is necessary to pour the mixture at the top of the room, then leve it according to the previously left marks. From time to time, level the coating with a needle roller to ensure the uniformity of the coating, starting from the upper point towards the lower point. If you use a polymer bulk mixture, then the only difference between its use is only the need to level the flooded coating using a needle roller, starting from the lowest point of the room. The time of hardening the bulk floor on average is a day- one and a half, while the complete hardening of the mixture occurs for about a week. There are also rapidly consuming mixtures that reel in just a day. The final price of work depends primarily on the value of the used bulk mixtures. When using bulk floors of the average price category and coating thickness 3 centimeters, the cost of 1 square meter of the finished floor will be approximately 800-1200 rubles.
