Throughout his entire existence, a person was asked, quite natural and understandable questions: “How to maintain warmth in his dwelling? How to properly insulate facades?”. To date, this issue has been resolved in the better direction for us, people have learned to make and properly use thermal insulation materials. Sometimes it even seems that they work miracles, because you do not need to make efforts to maintain heat in the house. It is enough to choose the right materials for thermal insulation, insulate facades and enjoy the comfort and warmth of your house. For example, insulation of facades – can be carried out in different ways. Various systems and methods of insulation are used here, as well as a variety of materials for thermal insulation. The facade is the face of the house, because its insulation is not a simple task, requiring accuracy, the right approach and accounting for the construction of the building. The insulation of the facades is carried out in several common ways:
• insulation of facades using light plastering systems. A fairly common method with its advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is a low cost and the use of environmentally friendly materials. And the disadvantage is that the so -called “wet” work is mandatory. The system itself is a multi -layer structure made of polymer -cement glue, thermal insulation, polymer -cement layer, which is reinforced with glass wipes and external finishing coating. • insulation of facades using various plastering systems. In this case, the mobile elements of thermal insulation fastening are installed under the thick layer of plaster. Warming in this way has its own peculiarity – this is separate work with the wall and the heat -insulating layer, as a result of which reduced coating deformation is achieved. The requirements for the thickness of the thermal insulation layer are relatively not large, which is an indisputable advantage in this type of work.
• Wall insulation using a three -layer system and well masonry. Here, the insulation is located directly inside the structure. The first layer is the supporting wall, the second is the heat -insulating material, and ends with the masonry of brick, outside the building. The insulation of facades in this way has several advantages – it is a small cost and relative simplicity. And the disadvantage is that condensate can accumulate inside such walls.
• External insulation of facades with an air gap is one of the most common ways. Wall insulation in this case, is carried out by placing a specially ventilated air gap, between the insulation and facing. The ventilation task is to remove the condensate accumulating in the insulation with an ascending stream of air. Moving water vapors in the cold season are removed from the insulation without increasing its thermal conductivity, thereby without reducing thermal protection characteristics.
External insulation of the facades, has several purpose. So, after conducting insulation work, it can be noted that the cost of heating the building is significantly reduced, and the heat is as if accumulated inside the rooms. Such facades insulation improves the sound insulation of rooms, the seams are more sealed, and the walls are thinner, which saves the internal area of the room without deterioration in heat exchange. In addition to all such insulation of facades, it contributes to the fact that on the walls of houses on the outside, salt coating is not formed, and inside you can avoid the appearance that are harmful to health, mold and fungus. That is why external insulation of the facades is considered the most optimal option for maintaining the necessary humidity and temperature regime inside the building.
In general, the choice of the method of insulation of the facade directly depends on the design of the house and its subsequent purpose. The most common heater is stone wool, fiberglass and polystyrene. With proper use, these materials can withstand even severe frosts. Therefore, the insulation of the facades is most effective for them. In addition to these materials, you can use universal extruded polystyrene foam. This material is durable, highly sophisticated and moisture resistant. It is usually used for external insulation of facades, roofs, basements and the inside of the walls. Extruded polystyrene foam is also often used in the construction of low -rise buildings.
“Warm plaster” is another high -quality insulation, which they began to use recently. Insulation of facades using this method is considered one of the most effective. In a word, no matter what insulation is chosen, it should be used very competently, taking into account the set goals and taking into account the construction of the building. Only with the correct choice of thermal insulation material, the facade insulation will be of high quality. It is imperative to take into account the climatic features of the area, fire safety and thermal protection of the material.
