PVC suspended ceiling in your room will be a very convenient and rather practical solution, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, due to the fact that this design is resistant to constant unfavorable contacts with moisture and water vapors, as well as with a variety of chemical compounds contained in detergents means and objects of hygiene. PVC suspended ceilings are quite simple in installation and they can be easily installed independently. The main stages of the installation of suspended ceilings from PVC with your own hands: 1. Prepare the base for your future suspended ceiling from PVC. In this case, you need to completely remove the previous coating. The entire surface of the ceiling is treated with an antifungal primer, and it is best to choose a deep penetration, because this will prevent the formation of unwanted mold. 2. Do not forget that PVC suspension ceiling is supplemented by installing cable channels to place an electric cable in them. At the same time, cable channels are fixed using self-tapping screws. The holes are poured under the plugs at a distance of about 20-30 centimeters. After that, the electric cable is laid and the lid of the cable channel is closed. 3. The next stage in the installation of suspended ceilings is to install the frame for your plastic suspended ceiling 4. At the very beginning, you need to perform the correct marking under the guide profile. This is more convenient to do using a hydraulic level. We draw on the walls around the perimeter of the room, (according to the level), at the same height a continuous line. This line is the height of your ceiling. 5. Next, fasten the guide metal profile along the line to the wall. 6. Now you have to make the installation of the frame itself, designed for a plastic suspended ceiling. Take the profile 60*27 and insert it into the guide profile, then fasten it to a straight suspension, leveling it in level. In this case, the suspension is pre -fixed on the main ceiling. 7. Remember that the direction of rack profiles should always be perpendicular to the direction of your panels. If you are missing the length of the profile, then there is a special extension cord for each profile. One half of it is firmly inserted into one metal profile, and the other half into the other metal profile. And in such a simple way, you can lengthen the design of your frame for a plastic suspended ceiling for as much as you like. 8. Plastic panels are attached to rack profiles. It is enough to place profiles in the interval of about 60-80 cm. Direct suspensions are attached to the main ceiling with an interval of 50-60 cm. In this case, the crosses for such a suspended ceiling do not need to be done. 9. For fasteners of the panels of a plastic suspended ceiling to the frame, metal screws with a small cut -3, 5*19 are used. 10. If suddenly you lack the length of the panels themselves for your ceiling, then they can also be connected using H – figurative plastic molding. Installation of all moldings do before the fasteners of the panels themselves for a suspended ceiling. 11. PVC suspended ceiling try to free from the protective film just before the installation. And during the installation process they try to avoid contacts with the front side of the panel. However, if you need to cut the panel, then they do it on its front side to avoid chips. 12. PVC suspension ceiling is mounted quite simply. The mounted panel is bent with an arc, and at one end it is carefully tucked into the starting profile, and then – it is also refueling its other edge, after which the panel is tightly pressed to the crate with self -tapping screws. When fastening the panels, it is more convenient when using a battery screwdriver. 13. At the final stage of the installation of the ceiling from PVC, lighting devices source are mounted in suspended ceilings in the bathroom:
