The most significant advantage of this method of construction is the rapid commissioning of buildings. Ready -made sets of buildings made on the conveyor are delivered by any type of transport to the construction site. In a matter of days, houses are being built and commissioned.
For individual developers who do not have time for construction, this is ideal. During the manufacture of the house at the factory, communications are supplied and foundation laying. In a matter of days, the building is completely ready for settlement.
The main disadvantages are: 1. The need to have a good transport network in the construction zone, in order to deliver large -sized cargoes.2. The need to use powerful lifting equipment.
