Development of standard procedures
Difficulties in the development of ACS based on typical tasks and standard design solutions are to a certain extent explained by the fact that when setting problems and formulating design solutions, the main role is played not by formal, but by the technical and economic features of problems and solutions. Typical modules should be quite simple and abstract from technical and economic specifics. Such modules can include the following procedures of planned and distribution activities: procedures for developing plans (direct account, balancing, streamlining according to the degree of importance, choosing solutions, determining capacities, calculating indicators, adjusting regulations, distribution of resources); procedures of retrospective analysis of execution plans (statistical processing, calculating the use of resources of certain construction units, calculating resource satisfaction); Procedure for a promising analysis of the implementation of plans (calculating the use of resources for the planned period, calculating satisfaction with resources for the planned period, identifying narrow places).All these modules are carried out in the form of standard procedures and formal requirements are presented to them, as in any procedures in algorithmic languages. In other words, the concepts of a typical ACS procedure and the procedure of algorithmic language should match. This will allow gradually – as standard procedures are developed – to create a single mathematical support for ACS in construction. The development of standard procedures can be performed according to the following methodological scheme. First, they find out the difference between the input and output data of each procedure in different controls and planning. Differences between the input and output data systematize and develop typical methods of setting input and output data. These methods differ in a set of data, their scales and other formal properties. Then, for each method or group of standard methods, an algorithm of the corresponding procedure is developed.
